Bacon and Egg Muffin Cup

Getting a little bored of the traditional breakfast? This is little fun and easy recipe to put the bread, chesse, bacon and egg all in a little muffin cup.


Bacon and Egg Muffin Cup

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F. Spray the muffin tin with a non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2: Cut the bread into a circle shape that can fit nicely at the bottom of muffin tin.

Step 3: Pan fry the bacon, but make sure that you do NOT cook them too crispy.

Step 4: Wrap around the edge of each muffin cup with a bacon

Step 5: Put your favorite kind of cheese on the top of the bread (You can totally skip this step if you don't like cheese)

Step 6: Crack an egg into each muffin cup. Bake it for about 15 minutes until the egg white is set and the yolk is still a little runny.

Step 7: You can sprinkle some parsley flakes and ENJOY!


Bread with melted cheese, bacon and runny egg yolk...All in a little bite!!! Be prepared to eat a few more of this delicious muffin cups with a big hot coffee!
