Kimchi Fried Rice |
- 1 Cup of kimchi - 2 bowls of cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp of kimchi sauce
Step 1: Cut the kimchi into bite size
Step 2: Heat oil in pan, stir fry the kimchi for 2- 3 minutes
Step 3: Add 3 tsp of sugar and keep stir frying the kimchi for 5 minutes
Step 4: Add the rice, then add a little bit oil to make it easier to stir fry.
Step 5: Add 1/2 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of kimchi sauce. Sitr fry for another 10 minutes
Step 6: Add 1/2 tsp of seasame oil and stir fry for 2 minutes to make all the flavors come out. Now it is ready to be served!
