Bacon Pasta with Cream Sauce

Sometimes you are too busy that you just want to cook something real quick, and this is the perfect recipe for you! It only takes about 20 minutes and a few ingridents to make. You can always substitute the bacon with any other ingridents that you prefer, such as sausage, shrimp, ham.



Ingredients: (for 2 servings)
- Pasta
- 8 strips of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 30g grated cheese
- 150ml heavy cream
- 1 garlic clove

Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the package instruction. Drain well and set aside.

Step 2: Mix the eggs, cheese, heavy cream in a big bowl. Season the sauce with salt and pepper

Step 3: Cut the bacon into small pieces and mince the garlic.

Step 4: Heat oil in a pan, stir fry the garlic for about 1-2 minutes. Add the bacon and keep stir frying until they turn a little cripsy.

Step 5: Then add in the pasta and sauce to the bacon. (Mix the sauce again before adding it to make sure that everything is combined well)

Step 6: Keep stirring the pasta on medium heat and the sauce will start thickening.

Step 7 : You can sprinkle some parsley flakes on the top and now it is done!
