Curry Pork Burger

If you like Japanese style curry and burger, then this is the recipe for you. Great for lunch and I always love to eat it with some fried potatoes. If you like, you can use chicken breast instead of pork.

Curry Pork Burger

Ingredients: (for 2 servings) - 1 sliced tomato
- lettuce
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 hamburger rolls
- 2 pork fillets
- 1 large cube of golden curry sauce mix

Step 1: Tenderize the pork fillet and marinate it with 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp corn starch and 1/2 beaten egg for 30 minutes

Step 2: Heat oil in pan at high heat, fry the pork until both sides are lightly golden brown. Then turn to medium heat and keep frying until the pork is fully cooked.

Step 3: Brush some butter on the hamburger roll and lightly toast it in the oven (Optional)

Step 4: Heat oil in pan and sautee the onion. Then add 2 Tbsp of hot water and the curry sauce mix. If you want thicker consistency, add more curry mix. If you want thinner consistency. add more hot water.

Step 5: Put the tomatoes, lettuce, pork fillet and the onion on the hamburger roll. Now it is done!
