Tomato Bean and Shrimps with Broccoli

I love how healthy and easy this recipe is, and this is one of the dinner dishes that I just always make for my family. So I hope you guys will it a try and like it too!

Tomato Bean and Shrimps with Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 1 broccoli - 12 - 14 shrimps
- 1/2 sliced onion
- 1 can of totamto bean
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic

Suace:
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tsp oyster sauce
- 2 Tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar

Step 1: Marinate the shrimps with salt & pepper for 15 minutes

Step 2: Boil water and cook the broccoli. Drain well and set aside.

Step 3: Heat oil in pan, stir fry the minced garlice for 1- 2 minutes, then add the shrimp. Once they are fully cooked, set aside.

Step 4: Heat oil in pan again, stir fry the onion for a few minutes until they turn soft and tender, add the diced tomatoes. Keep stir frying, add the shrimp and tomato beans.

Step 5: Once everything comes to boil, it is ready to be served. Put the broccoli around the plate and the shimp in the middle. Enjoy!
