Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar |
Ingredients:
- 12 Tbsp softened unsalted butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cups packed light-brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 bag semisweet chocolate chips
- Pinch of salt
- 8" x 8" Square cake pan
Step 1: Preheat the oven 350F. Spray the cake pan with non- stick cooking spray.
Step 2: Mix the flour, baking soda and salt together.
Step 3: Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Step 4: Add in the dry ingridents. Do not overmix.
Step 5: Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 6: Spread the dough on the cake pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Done!
I think the cookie bars taste the best when they are still warm and the chocolate chip is a little bit gooey. Yum Yum!
